Course Description

This course provides theoretical and practical hands-on instruction on selected maintenance procedures required to return a gas turbine to a serviceable condition by removal, replacement or adjustment of external parts.

* Hands-on activity will be performed on a PGT25/LM2500 SAC Gas Generator.

Target Audience

Target training course participants are owners, operators and customer personnel concerned with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the LM2500/PGT25 aeroderivative gas turbine.

Personnel working on different aeroderivative gas turbines models, such as PGT25+ or LM2500+, could benefit from this training.

Baker Hughes Customer Training recommends that personnel without any technical knowledge and/or experience gain some understanding of oil and gas equipment and systems prior to attend the training. A reasonable level of mechanical skill and use of hand tools is required.

Instruction is given in English; therefore, a reasonable ability to read and understand spoken English is required.
